Our customer care policy is designed to ensure that our clients are satisfied with their experience at our school. We aim to provide clear and concise information about our services, and we're always happy to answer any questions you may have. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you need any assistance.

Health and safety is of paramount importance as reflected by our teaching methods and general horse care. 

Privacy & Safety

At Abi's Natural Horsemanship and Riding School, we take your privacy seriously. We collect and store personal information only for the purposes of providing our services and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients.

We use third-party banking to verify payment, and we will never share your personal information with any other parties without your explicit consent.

Your health and safety is of paramount importance when around horses or ponies.  We have a compreshive active health and safety policy at our premises.  At our introductory lesson we will go over all basic safety information and answer any of your questions.

Cancellation Policy

It is your responsibility to let us know if you would like to cancel or change any bookings you have made at least 24 hours before the start time.

If you make a booking and cancel within 24 hours of this or fail to turn up, then the full amount will be charged.

Exceptions are unforeseen circumstances such as bereavement, illness, mechanical breakdown or dangerous weather. Please note that a text or phone call to the mobile number is required if it is the day of the booking.
