Meet The Team

Our Current Four-Legged Team Members

Breed: Thoroughbred.
Born: 2007.
Height: Around 16 hands (roughly 163 cms).
Personality: Curious, inquisitive, loves to say hello and know what is going on. Enjoys playing with the other horses in the herd, particularly Lucky, and being cheeky by holding a large orange traffic cone in his mouth, like a dog, and harassing others with it, among other things !!! Ollie is available to clients for ground work only and is a great horse if you want to achieve the basic games as well as learn how to enhance your skills to a more advanced level. Is best friends with Zara and Lucky.

Breed: Standardbred.
Born: 2005.
Height: Around 14 hands (roughly 142 cms).
Personality: Enjoys being a part of what is going on. He can be cheeky occasionally but is easy to get him back on task and enjoys playing with Ollie. At first, his trot can feel bouncy; he was a pacer, so he can default to this and he has a beautiful 'rocking horse' canter. He is a great pony to build up your confidence and knows his job very well. He is one of my most popular herd members with clients. Best friends with Zara and Ollie. He can take all abilities.

Breed: Standardbred.
Born: 2005.
Height: Around 15 hands (roughly 153 cms).
Personality: Zara can be a little stand-offish at first (this comes from her previous experiences in life), but is a genuinely sweet, smart and kind-natured girl. She can get bossy sometimes, thinking that she knows best, so can need firm but fair leadership to get the best out of her. She can be a little quick with her strides in trot, canter, as well as jumping, but can balance herself. She is good friends with Ollie and Lucky. These 3 are affectionately known as the 3 musketeers. She can take all abilities.

Breed: Gypsy Cob/Welsh.
Born: Around 2014.
Height: Around 13 hands (Roughly 132 cms).
Personality: Curious, inquisitive and generally wants to know what is going on. Max is very cute with 2 blue eyes and a stocky/chunky build. He is cheeky, so sometimes you need to be fair but very firm with him. He enjoys learning new things and can pick up on them quickly, so a great pony to take your horsemanship to a higher level. His favourite thing in life is food, so he will never be thin! He tries to get to the top of the herd order and be the boss all the time. He is another very popular herd member with clients. He can take all abilities.

Breed: Welsh.
Born: 2010.
Height: Around 13 hands (132 cms).
Personality: Pebbles is a cute, fun pony and has a lovely smooth walk. She can enjoy going at the faster paces as well as jumping. She can have a busy brain due to her sensitive nature, so tends to rely on her human partner to give her confidence. She is good for confident, balanced riders who have good leadership but empathy for her personality. Pebbles also has a bit of a cheeky side sometimes so can be a bit of a comic, mainly in the paddock, when she wants to be. She enjoys the other herd members' company but also time away from them in her own space. She can take all abilities.
